📚 Scope of Interest
1. Health & Human Life Research
– Biomedicine, public health, clinical research
– Mental health & wellbeing
– Human biology & disease
2. Interdisciplinary Research
– STEM + social sciences + humanities
– Digital health, AI, data science
– Behavioral & population studies
3. Methodological Innovation
– Pengembangan tools, metode, framework
– Pendekatan baru dalam riset kesehatan
4. Researcher Development
– Leadership & management skills
– Network building
– Responsible & inclusive research culture
💰 Funding
– Gaji peneliti (full salary covered)
– Hingga £400,000 untuk research expenses
Biaya yang didukung mencakup:
– staff & research team
– equipment & materials
– travel & collaboration
– training & development
– dissemination & public engagement
📋 Applicant Eligibility
– Early-career researcher (WAJIB)
– Harus:
sudah PhD atau
≥4 tahun pengalaman riset
– Maksimal ~3 tahun postdoc (dengan fleksibilitas tertentu)
– Tidak boleh punya posisi permanen (kecuali kondisi tertentu)
📤 Submission
– Online via Wellcome Funding Platform
– Harus melalui institusi (administering organisation)
ℹ️ Additional Info
– Penilaian fokus pada:
proposal (50%) + applicant (25%) + environment (25%)
– Tidak boleh co-applicant (harus lead sendiri)
– Harus commit ≥80% waktu ke riset
– Fokus kuat pada innovation & independence
